Refund policy

Exchanges & Returns

We offer a 14 Day Risk Free Return Policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, store credit or an exchange for the same item in a different size. Customers are eligible for one return per order. This policy excludes sale items and promotional items.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase and ensure the item meets all conditions listed below.

To start a return, email us at zach@balmanno.co.nz. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping to avoid any disputes about items not being received.

Return Eligibility Requirements

For a refund, all items must meet the following conditions:

Original packaging and tags
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

Tried on only
Items may be tried on for fit but cannot be used, washed, or tested in any way to qualify for a refund.

Non returnable items
For hygiene reasons, water bottles, socks, and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Free gifts with purchase
If you return an order that included a free gift, the gift must also be returned unused and in original packaging.

  • If the free gift is not returned, the full RRP value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
  • If a partial return causes your order total to fall below the minimum amount required to receive the gift, the RRP value of the gift will also be deducted from your refund.

Sale Items

Sale purchases
All items purchased during any sale period are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. No refunds will be issued.

Final sale items
Any item discounted at 40 percent off or more is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and make it right.

If an item is being returned due to a fault or dispute, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds will include the original return postage cost if applicable.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
